PRESENTATION

AHDESC-TOGO (Humanitarian Association for Educational and Socio-Cultural Development) is a non-profit, apolitical humanitarian association, without distinction of race or religion, located in Lomé, the Togolese capital. Created in 2010 and registered at the Ministry of Territorial Administration, Decentralization and Local Authorities under the official authorization of N °: 0316, receipt n ° 0063 / MATDCL-SG-DLPAP-DOCA In accordance with the provisions of the law of July 1, 1901 on the creation of associations.

GOAL

AHDESC-TOGO aims to improve the living conditions of the population especially in rural areas, with a view to promoting humanitarian action through education, culture, health and sport, etc ... for the consolidation of human, sustainable and participatory development.

GOALS

  • Strengthen the assets of educational and socio-cultural development in urban and rural areas;
  • To support the education of children in scholarable ages in general and the girl in particular;
  • Organize sociocultural activities in both urban and rural areas for young people and the elderly;
  • Combat desertification through reforestation;
  • Fight against the phenomenon "Street children";
  • Support hospitals and clinics in primary health care in rural areas;
  • Raise awareness about STIs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) and tropical patients in rural areas.

To achieve its objectives, AHDESC-TOGO has the means of actions:

  • Organization of international camps camps for exchange and cultural mixing;
  • To sponsor the education of poor children and young people in both urban and rural areas;
  • Proposal of internships in different fields (education, health, arts, hydraulic environment, sport .....);
  • Organization of sports activities especially in rural areas;
  • Develop drinking water infrastructure in rural areas;
  • Create reception centers equipped for the rehabilitation and insertion of poor, deprived and elderly youth;
  • Involve agricultural and community groups in planning and promoting local development.
